Some chocolate boxes on our online store may be offered to you as a one-time purchase, a subscription or a customization order inquiry to be confirmed by us. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Returns Policy
For health and safety reasons, once the chocolates are delivered we do not accept returns or exchanges for any type of orders. However, if there is an issue with your chocolates, please contact us immediately on the same day of delivery. We are committed to provide you with the best quality of products and experience.
Changes & Cancellation Policy
One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases are final can cannot be changed or cancelled. This applies to both chocolate boxes and eGift cards.
Subscriptions Orders
When you purchase a subscription through the Subscriptions Tailor page you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency that you select. You are charged only for the chocolates but with a minimum of 350AED per subscription and a commitment of 3 orders delivered at the frequency you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these orders prior to delivery.
During the commitment period, you can change your subscriptions by :
- replacing, adding or removing products as long the subscription amount reaches a minimum value of 350AED
- changing quantities as long the subscription amount reaches a minimum value of 350AED
- change the delivery address
- add one-time purchase to deliver together with your subscription with no extra delivery charge
- change the payment details
After 3 subscriptions orders have been delivered, you can cancel your subscription any time.
All subscriptions are managed by accessing the Cabinet of Sweet Tooth Affairs' customer portal.
The subscriptions edits must be made at least 3 days prior the next scheduled order. For example if you add a new box to your monthly subscriptions is on 17/10 while your order is scheduled on 18/10 every month, then it will be applied only on the next monthly delivery on 18/11. The same 3 days rules applies to cancellation meaning if you cancel on 17/10, you would still be charged on 18/10 for the current month delivery and the cancellation would be applied on the following order.
Customization Order Inquiries (Build A Box)
The Customization Order Inquiries made through the Build A Box page must be confirmed by us based on the stock available at the time of delivery you have selected. Once we confirm the availability we would request a 100% advance payment from you to complete the order. You may confirm the order by sending its payment, or inquire to make a change or cancel your inquiry as you wish.
However once you confirm the customization order by sending us its payment, we do not accept any change or cancellation due to the customization arrangements made specifically for this order.
